" I can tell you where there's another one! They call it the Kemnay Can Opener, and its on the east side of Kemnay, Manitoba, Canada, highway 1A. There are 10 signs on each side of the underpass, going back miles, but every once in awhile some driver doesn't read signs."

What is it about drivers and ignoring signs?
Update: since the bridge was raised 8 inches, there have been more incidents. A Penske truck had a corner peeled off, and an open truck hauling furniture lost a sofa...
