Praying mantis

I've got some new pictures from my garden for you. The praying mantis unfortunately doesn't have a good contrast on the background but I did my best. I saw quite a few in different sizes already. I should probably try to take photos of some of the beautiful butterflies we have.

Also two pictures of flowers in my front garden. The Verbascum is almost as tall as I am and has had flowers for quite a while now. The gladiolus also are doing a good job, I think about buying more in different colours for next year.
