What Fresh Madness Is This? Part II

The lobster question.

Icy North writes:

This is the Rio Fish Restaurant in Brixham, Devon. It's situated on the harbourside in this pretty fishing port in the South West of England.


What fascinates me is what's going on up on the roof. What exactly is the lobster explaining to the fisherman? And what is the diver planning to do with that mallet?
