I'm almost finished with "Consider Phlebas."
Should I read then others? If so, do they need to be read in order?

I've only just noticed this message.
I think it is worth reading all the series - they are independent of each other so you could read them in any order, but I think they would be better in the order they were published. That way new ideas are introduced gradually.
