Sign Nostalgia

A barn that says 'Chew Mail Pouch Tobacco.

Back in the day, barns like this were a common sight in the countryside. It was a way for manufacturers to get the word out…and for poor farmers to get their barns painted. For some reason, the chewing tobacco people were big on this form of advertising. (Also, in Tennessee, the tourist attraction called Rock City.) We found this relic down a country road.
