Another romance from Kirk's past - they were together in Starfleet Academy, but as women faced a glass ceiling, she resented Kirk for getting a captaincy.
In series 3, episode 24, she enjoyed some revenge

There was also the woman in the Nexus, but we never actually met her. I agree listing all of them would have been fun! I had to force myself to not include The Enterprise itself, as his true love.
