A Conversation for How Bugs Bunny Saved Mel Blanc's Life

Post 1

Baron Grim

Wow... I just heard this story this weekend on NPR featuring Mel Blanc's son, the doctor and several of the folks that worked with him. It was a rerun of a Radiolab story from November of last year.

For anyone who wants to hear the story, it can be found here: http://www.radiolab.org/blogs/radiolab-blog/2012/nov/06/blanc/

The doctor expounds further on the idea that Mel Blanc was replying to "cues".

Quite interesting.

I thought maybe you'd heard this last Autumn and it inspired this entry, or that if you hadn't I knew you'd enjoy hearing the story from the people involved.

smiley - cheers
