Ode To A Mod

It's often said, all things in moderation
This of course requires co-operation
Sane and sensible, cool and calm
That's what sees us thru the storm
Manual or auto, no, not talking cars
We're talking systems supposedly to stop wars
Pulling the plug here and there
Has some folk tearing out their hair
The life of a mod is usually good
They get slung at them tons of mud
They can't do right for doing wrong
Its an interesting game of ping and pong
Mails come in, mails go out
Some will talk, others will shout
Amongst this somewhat torrid scene
The mods carry on most serene
The moral of the story is just this
Don't just sit boo and hiss
Obey both the spirit and letter of the rules
That is the way to beat the fools
All in all mods are there for a reason
To allow easy use of hootoo in any season
Enjoy the amenities, enjoy the site
Lets have less of the spite and fight
