I play defense on a very low level hockey team. When someone is skating up with the puck towards the goal, I'm constantly reminded of the Star Wars spacefighter games (X-wing, Tie-Fighter), specifically the bombing runs. The person with the puck is hindered and slower (usually), and his teamates try to stay in "formation". We (the defense) usually swoop in and harass them. The fact that you can glide, and are on skates, really makes it feel like your "riding into battle".
That's my most recent one - and I haven't played that game in years. But when I did play it...

Do you find that the tactics you used in the computer game helped with your hockey games? Or vis versa?
