Hello Petrov.
I don't know of any courses to learn English. But you might like to visit http://dict.leo.org great for translations from English to German and other languages too.
I listen to the BBC World Service (Satellite) and also MTV. You might also be able to listen to BFBS (British Forces Broadcasting Service) if there are any military bases where you live. BFBS is also broadcasted on ASTRA.
There you will hear and learn how real british people speak and not just that what you might learn from books and schools.
