Smiley Charade: Change

The best things in life are free, but the subject of the challenge was change. So empty out your pockets, check under your sofa cushions, shake out the
piggy bank and even tip out that jar of foreign coins you never got around to changing
before it all went Euro!
Last time, we made it easy and gave you a list of world literature titles to guess. This
time, we're asking for titles, proverbs, and common expressions.
But the same rules still apply – the smileys stand for words or part of words, rather
than symbolising the entire phrase. For example, Old Yeller would be rendered as
rather than merely
How many can you figure out? Hint: they're sorted roughly by difficulty, getting more
abstract toward the end. Each smiley can stand for different things, so be creative!
