Look at the conversations at the bottom of the Peer Review Page. There will be a yellow cross next to this entry that only you can see (because you were the one to submit it to PR)
Click the cross and the entry will be removed from PR.
Then refresh the page that the entry is on. (It may take a couple of minutes for the servers to catch up with reality). There should be a 'Submit for Review' button on the page. Click it, but pick the Writers Workshop instead of PR.
