A Conversation for Defining Terms of Belief

Hi, I've been reading your article with great interest. In the following paragraph you say;
Belief
Belief means that one or more persons accept a fact as true or correct. It doesn't make that fact true or correct, though. Thus 'I believe that God exists' is indisputable, whereas 'God exists' is open to question.
'one or more persons accept a fact as true or correct.' I thought that if something was proven to exist then it becomes a fact. Would it not be better to write 'Belief means that one or more persons accept a statement as being true or correct.'

It's quite a modest nit, but (like you) I can't fault it either. Can it be changed now, or is it too late?
