This is a really nice intro to 7th Day Adventism 
I've not read much about the 7DAs (as they're called hereabouts), but a good friend of mine has a 7DA babysitter, shops regularly at the 7DA store, and has attended services; she has said that every 7DA she has ever met has been courteous, considerate, and helpful, which can only be good, regardless of religious beliefs.
