A Conversation for Games You Can Play in the Office
Coffee mug ball

Well, I actually don't have an office job (still in school) but after all the trips I've taken to my parents' jobs, I've picked up at least one
An empty coffeemug is placed somewhere within the room (the particular office I saw this in it was hanging from a hook in the ceiling), you rip approx. half of a A4 sheet, screw it to a little ball, and throw it towards the mug, aiming to make it fall in.
The game is very simple, doesn't take many players if you don't want it to, you don't need a lot of equipment, and you can do it in a matter of seconds as the boss turns his back! The problem is of course that it can get boring pretty quickly, but that's where you can use your imagination to make it harder. Maybe throw it some unusal way, make the mug stand in a difficult spot... There can be endless variations
