Place the rubbish bin in a chosen position in the office.
Get some scrap paper, and screw it up in your hand.
Throw the paper at the bin, trying to get it to land in the bin.
This is a fun game that can be played over an over, and when you have mastered the bin being in one position, move the bin to a different position, usually further away, to make the game harder.
