Rename the version of solitaire on your PC so it looks like a official window you are allowed ot have open on your warks PC and carefully don't flick on it when the boss is at your PC wanting to discuss something with you.
This allows you to play solitaire when the boss isn't looking and not have to lose any potential winning positions.
