Hi Ashzag. Thanks for reading & commenting. As to your question:

When the serum (that's the fluid part of the blood) converts from: not containing antibodies to containing antibodies. That's seroconversion. It takes a while after initial contamination (about 3 months) for the body to start producing antibodies.
