My Guinea Pigs adore dandelion leaves. We grow them specially in our lawn for them.

Rabbits too! My friend who supplied my rabbits has a perfect lawn, so she comes round and pinches my leaves. 
It's too dangerous to pick it wild, just in case.

we also regularly pick the leaves out of the lawn and give to the rabbit who appears to love them although we try to limit his intake due to the diuretic action
