A Conversation for Fables in 200 Words or Less
Little Red Riding Hood
mandy67 Started conversation Sep 11, 2002
Little Red Riding Hood (LRRH) did as she was told and took a hamper to Grandma's cottage in the woods. A wolf saw her and thought she looked mighty tasty, so beat her to the cottage, devoured Grandma and then posed as the old lady. LRRH, being an observant child, noticed some changes to Grandma's physical features and commented on these, so the wolf ate her.
Suddenly a timber worker barged through the throng of greenie protesters and cut the wolf in two, miraculously pulling an unharmed Granny and LRRH from within.
The moral of this story is:
a) Don't always do as you are told,
b) Sometimes timber workers are OK, and
c) don't be greedy because it will all come out anyway.
