Works fine under IE, but under Netscape it all appears in one column down the left hand side.

Hmm. It's working fine on Netscape here. Have you tried to disconnect and reconnect?

I have absolutely no idea. But the amount of times IT people have told me to switch off and then on again (usually in a really condescending way), I've learned that usually works
