Aww, reminded me of lovely times...
I grew up in Castlerock, and regularly walked to the Barmouth along one of the most gorgeous beaches on earth.
My parents now live in Portstewart.
One of my most abiding memories of the River Bann was taking part in the 24hour yacht race, in a 420 dinghy.
PS Morellis is currently closed for refurbishment, but no doubt they'll be open in time for the Summer tourist trade...

At least you are there I was writing this from memories and source material I haven't been home ion over a year.

No actually I live in Luxembourg! But I was there (Portstewart) last week, hence the stop-press info on Morellis....
