The Arndale Centre, Manchester.
It's certainly not a great shopping centre, mall or otherwise. The outside has been comented as the largest loo wall in europe. Some might say the IRA tried to do Manchester a favour by blowing it up. Shame the oportunity to rebuild it completely wasn't taken especially as over the road they pulled down a 60s monstrosity (the shambles) moved two pubs piece by piece and built a sleek new shop for M&S.
