smiley - yuk I had an extended stay in northern Italy a few years back and I'm afraid I couldn't get Polenta - looked (and tasted like) a bar of soap on my plate as far as I was concerned. Plenty of nice good stuff in their diet there but this one wasn't for me smiley - erm
