1)The rectangle of 82nd to 122nd/from NE Sandy Blvd. to Foster Rd. on the east side of the river.
2)The small area from the McDonald's/the Freddie's on W. Burnside.
3)The Freddie's in Beaverton close to the Max stop, /between TV. Highway/Beaverton Hillsdale Highway, /also close to an over-pass.
The above listed 3 areas r "owned by" drug addicts, prostitutes, /thieves.
Sketchy, but not AS sketchy areas:
1) Tho a place, mostly, for fairly well off hipsters, NW 21st in the "Pearl District".
2) SE Powell up to Se 82nd (82nd to 122nd having been covered above).
