You can of course tell me to go eat anchovies, but do we really need to link to the countries (i.e. 'The Netherlands' 'USA and its inhabitants' and so on)? I think this overstresses the importance of the nationalities.

The links to countries - well, I must admit that I followed the 'The more links, the better' policy. Out for good, they are!
