Basically a good article. Thanks.
But can I be a little rude and pick you up on a couple of things:
First - you've spotted that you missed the link to the Druze entry: A3694809. More significantly, though, that article rightly casts some doubt as to whether they should be included as an islamic sect.
Second - Most style guides (eg http://www.bbctraining.com/pdfs/newsstyleguide.pdf) now rightly counsel against the use of 'schizophrenic' to mean 'multi-faceted' or 'confused'. Schizophrenia has s specific meaning as a horrible, horrible illness.

Hi Edward,
Thanks for your comments
Unfortunately, this is out of my hands now as it is in the EG and not my "property" any more - I don't have access to edit it. You need to pose these points in editorial feedback (I think...)
It is true the Druze are not a mainstream Muslim sect but they evolved their philosophy from Islam and this is why they are classified as an Islamic sect in Lebanon. Very possibly an erroneous classification, I'll grant you that...
Thanks for reading it, by the way!

... and your point about schizophrenia is very well taken. I apologise, and promise not to use the term again out of context.

A gracious apology. I mean to educate, not chastise.

RFJS__ - trying to write an unreadable book, finding proofreading tricky Posted Jan 19, 2006
Where it says...
'Carlos Ghosn, CEO of Nissan, businessman of the year 2000, known as 'the cost-killer'. The first non-Japanese person to ever be at the head of a Japanese society.'
...is this intended to say 'society' instead of, say, 'company'?
Fascinating Entry, by the way.

Thanks RFJS! Society is how I saw it described in several places. I think it is to do with the Japanese business philosophy of worker participation.... or I may have picked up a french translation of the word "societes" meaning corporation.... I'll have to look into that.
