My late father used to religiously trade in a dark blue Volvo 340 every 18 months for a new one. One year the new model he drove away in had a heated drivers seat. My father, baffled by the unaccustomed warmth, phoned up the dealership the next day. They patiently explained about the heated seat, and my Pa replied, 'Thank God for that, I thought I'd crapped myself.'
