I asked the author of this entry to make changes to the entry after it had been rather over-zealously recommended by what almost became a scout fight.
I thought those changes were fundamental, and Josh agreed - and he made the changes making the entry more accurate.
It appears that the changes have not ticked over tot he edited entry - can this be amended? The original entry is here:

The bit I mean is about heart sounds - the description in the pre-edited entry is correct.
Also as a note to future scoutings - if there is something quite important which needs adding to a good entry (or needs changing) which the author says he will do later - could you do the obvious thing and hold off recommending it until he makes the changes instead of doing a 'I got it in first 
' thing? It's quite simple really...
