What an interesting topic. Farmers Markets. When I lived in Shrewsbury in 1995/6 there used to be a marvellous market which was situated upstairs in the centre of the town. I bought the most delicious meats, chickens, butter, vegetables, plants and there was even someone who sold Russian pirozcki (which are like tiny stuffed meatballs but they can also contain fish and also a sweet filling. I wonder if the market is still there. I would really like to know if there are any farmers markets in Kent. Can anyone can let me know. Many thanks.
