I'm of course deeply offended by the total failure to mention the only Python television program to stick to the same subject for the full half hour. Mr. Pither's heroic struggles to reclaim an identity so cruelly taken from him in a horrific motor vehicle accident (fortunatly the vegtables saved themselves) have inspired me throughout my life. Undeterred by the unfortunate demise of Ambassador Atkinson (poor man! So accident prone!) he struggled gamely against the odds until he stood once more on shores of the land of his birth. Truly he single handedly brought an early end to the tyranny of Communism with his light hearted musical interpretation of Leonid Trotsky. I saw the light.
