Argh! Where are they gone?

Ok people, I managed to get rid of my pulldown menues in Opera 7.01.
I was fooling around with the fullscreen mode when suddenly *all* toolbars were gone, including the pulldown menues and the very top bar with the __ [] X buttons (i.e. hide, tile, close) in the upper right hand corner. Using the key I got back into the pulldown menues and managed to get the toolbars back, but not the pulldown menue.
Help! 
What must I do to get them back?
