In the title about half way down, it lists "Reign of Terror" episodes 1 & 4 missing, whereas the table below correctly shows episodes 4 & % as missing.

Good spot,
I saw that as well. Otherwise, it's a great table and a good reference as well. I think I'm going to be referring to this while we have the repeats on the ABC over here.
Just thought I'd add, I can't wait to see the Doctor back, no matter what form he/she may take,
