Your entry list the following
Loan - £2000 Credit
Cash - £4500 Debit
Costs - £1500 Debit
Sales - £4000 Credit
Then you say that money coming in is Debit.
If one was to look at above list, the loan and sales is money coming in so should that not be debit??
