I think pampering yourself is a good way to survive this commercial nightmare. I tend to treat myself to choccies and comfort food and a luxurious bath.. Hmm.. Maybe it's all the Valentine's days I've spent single, but I'm twice the girl I used to be!

To take the trouble to send any form of 'greeting' like that must mean they care at least a bit, surely?
