well done, nice to see some basic stuff here for beginners and new cooks. most of the stuff I've found has been complicated. |Yours seems to be a traditional site which is great.

I know live in Holland so am having to adapt to completely different ideas on preparing and eating meals at Christmas time - this whole project was as much for myself so I can reminisce and (if I can get hold of the ingredients!) remind myself how to do everything.
