Hi
Can anyone tell me cooking times, temp for a
boned rolled turkey breast weighting 4 and half pounds.
And should I cook it in tin foil.
Or do you know any web sites with info on above.

i to have to cook a 5kg stuffed turkey butterfly
I have been looking around varous site and they all say 18mins per lb + 20mins reduce it down to 15mins a lb if you have a fan assisted oven
