The architect of St. Mary's Church, Swansea is NOT Fothergill but Sir Arthur Blomfield the London Architect, son of a Bishop of London and the designer of the nave of Southwark Cathedral and I think the Bank of England

Thanks for that correction. Most of this story is scrounged from various sources, and I remembered reading years ago that Fothergill designed the church. Whoever designed it made a pretty bad job of it, though.
