A Conversation for The African Dwarf Crocodile

Never thought that a croc could be cute! This one is. Maybe I,m just envious at the thought of keeping all those teeth intact without a dentist.
Fascinating!

Indeed, such a cute little beast. I think the fabulous illustration really sells the piece too.
Fascinating!

Hello there Elektra and Lanzababy! Thanks for your comments and Lanzababy, thanks for your work on this!
I just want to post a link to the full-body illustration:

Marvellous Willem - I wish I had the talent to paint! The link works really well.

Glad to see this one got here - in spite of the problems the subeditor had with the BBC filter.
Apparently, this creature should be renamed the African Length-Challenged Crocodile...
Seriously, beautiful work.
Fascinating!

Thanks for the comment Dmitri - but tell me seriously, is that a joke or is it true about the filter?!
Fascinating!
Lanzababy - Guide Editor Posted Jun 2, 2010
It was a joke really Willem - but I did have a few problems when the Entry was hidden a few times by the moderators, and then returned. We think it is a glitch in the system - but I did jokingly suspect the word 'dwarf' as being one of the words the filter was objecting to. The Eds are looking into this glitch as it has affected quite a lot of people recently.
Fascinating!

What Lanzababy said. We're just being jocular about it, while our intrepid Eds figure out why we're getting very weird error messages.
Fascinating!
Willem Posted Jun 8, 2010
Oh well I'm happy the filter is not *really* that silly! Still sorry to hear that there's a 'glitch'.
Thanks Bel! I hope I'll soon write and illustrate another.
