You fail to mention one major point. Digeridoos are men's instruments. It is extremely offensive to Australian Aboriginal people for women to play them.

I realize that this will get each and every non-Aboriginal feminist up in arms, but that is just the way it is.

Men's business and women's business are separate but complimentary aspects of Aboriginal Tradition. Europeans are past masters at appropriating other people's traditions, conveniently forgetting such things as intellectual and cultural property rights. This goes for art, didges, plant foods and medicines etc. etc. smiley - erm
