So what happens if you lose some data

I've wondered this since I started using SETI@Home.
Suppose I download a datablock to analyise it and then before finishing it stop using the Seti@Home program. Will that data every be analyised? Do they send the data to someone else if a user does not respond within a certain amount of time?
