A Conversation for 'It's a Knockout' - TV Programme
Names of the winning teams

I would like to make some corrections concerning some names of the
winning teams of the finals of "It's a knockout" (see website:
http://www.bbc.co.uk/dna/h2g2/A645176).
According to my information the following names were spelled incorrectly or they concerned other towns:
1965 - Saint-Amand (with an addition) or Saint-Amans (with or without any addition).
1966 - not Eichstadt but Eichstatt (with an umlaut on the letter a).
1967 - Bardenburg - I could not find the name of this town in any atlas or map. Who can tell me where exactly in Germany this place is located?
1972 - not La Chaux de Fonds, but La Chaux-de-Fonds.
1978 - not Albano Terme, but Abano Terme.
1979 - not Bar de Luc, but Bar-le-Duc.
So far my comments. Hope to hear from one of you pretty soon.
Good bye,
Henk-Jan

Hi, thanks for the corrections, I haven't checked with my original article at A645176 (you see the above is the 'official' or edited version of the article hence it is slightly different to the one I wrote) so maybe there are some spelling differences?
Anyway I got the original statistics from this site.

Dear Orcus,
On September 16th 2002 I posted you a letter in which I made some corrections on names of winning teams of finals of the television game show "It's a knockout". But until now I have not seen any of these corrections on your website.
Now my request is if you would please make above-mentioned corrections in the first letter of this conversation as soon as
possible. We all will be very pleased with that.
Thank you very much for your attention and I will be very happy
to hear a satisfying answer from you pretty soon.
Best wishes,
Henk-Jan
P.S. Make the corrections!

Dear Orcus,
I would like to make some corrections concerning names of the winning teams of the finals of "It's a knockout" (see website: http://www.bbc.co.uk/dna/h2g2/A645176).
According to my information the following names were spelled incorrectly or they were incomplete:
1965 - Not Saint-Amand, but Saint-Amand-les-Eaux (France).
1967 - Not Bardenburg, but Bardenberg (Germany).
Would you please be so kind, Orcus, to make above-mentioned corrections? I will be very grateful to you.
Yours sincerely,

Hi, sorry but this is not *my* website, this is a site run by the BBC and I have no personal control (or any way of changing) over the content of the officially edited articles on this web site.
If you have a problem with the article I suggest you take it up with those who run the website.
