A little variation on the classic to add that little bit of extra tension.
As per usual whoever the bottle points at, you kiss. However it's just a kiss on the lips- No tongue!
If two people have to kiss more than three times in a row, on the fourth time they have to use tongue.
I doubt you will see anything funnier then two straight guys who have got three in a row, watching the bottle spin with sheer terror...
