Hello! Errrm I've done it wrong, I think. I made me a plant which had been 'growing' for a week. I then made up about 7 litres of ginger beer with in...only...I didn't filter the plant, I just chucked the lot in...
2nd fermentation has been going for a week, and as the bottles' expansion has made me very edgy, I've been releasing some of the pressure regularly, though there is still some. I've also had a wee taste of the test bottle and there was an alcoholic taste (heheheee result!)
My question is, how long should I leave it further? I know I've gone wrong, but how does this change things? HELP ME
