I'd like to know the approximate alcohol content of this recipe. I live in Saudi Arabia, obviously alcohol is prohibited and I can't buy or smuggle in a hydrometer! You lucky peeps to be living in civilisation!

with 1 killo added to one gallon should result in 
specific gravity of approx 1075 or 9.9 per cent ABV
