Personal Statement Problems

Just a quick question: what should I do about my personal statement? I am applying to joint honours degrees, and so writing my PS is a bit of a nightmare. There's little enough space to write about one course subject, but two?!
If anyone did apply for a joint degree, or is going to and has advice, please help!

This won't be much help but one of the reasons why I am not going to apply for both History and Business is the difficulty with the personal statement.
