A Conversation for Norse Mythology
Peter Madsen's Valhalla

A great way to learn Norse Mythology is through Peter Madsen's Valhalla comic books (or graphic novels or whatever you want to call them). They're guilty of the same simplification I complained about in a previous thread, but they are also mostly true to the source material and retell the well-known (to some) stories of Thor, Loki and Odin in a funny and visually pleasing manner.
The only exception is the story of the jotun child Quark who had a small role in the animated movie Valhalla and has his story told in one of the books.

"The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy is a wholly remarkable book. It has been compiled and recompiled many times and under many different editorships. It contains contributions from countless numbers of travellers and researchers."
