This is a well written entry and there's very little I can do except point out a few typos and query a few things I didn't understand.

* There's a typo in footnote 3, 'Little Koker'
* What does a 'Power Check' do and how does it work?
* Mistake in Bidding section, 'make there bid'
* 'A team must bid board, at least 4 books.' - Didn't quite understand the concept of 'board'.
* Typo: 'books hat may count against them'
* Where you have a footnote at the end of a sentence, the footnote should come before the full stop, ie.

"guide convention is that the foonote goes herelike this."

* Something should be inserted in here 'In America, each branch [of the army] has their own brand of the game.' (You could delete footnote 4 as this says the same thing)
* How do you count the number of sandbags you've had if you just get an extra point?
* Typo: 'Two identify a renege'
* Is renege basically cheating (not following suit when you are able to)?
* 'So if Adam and Charles bid 6, and they took 7 books, then they score 62.' I thought the sandbags were worth 1?? (maybe I'm not getting this)
* You mention the sanbags within the scoring paragraph, but then state that it is optional (though almost universal). What happens if the option is not taken?
* Where the headers have numbers in them, they should be written out ie 'Ten For Two'. (As a general rule, according to the 'style guidelines', numbers under 11 should be written out)
