I should point out that postgraduate courses at the OU (PhD and MPhil) are full-time on-campus courses, just like a vanilla university.
Plus, the OU is scaling down its television programme production in favour of other media (correct as of August 2002).
That is all.

There are also taught masters degrees, such as the rather oddly-named (but high-quality-in-content) MSc in Science (see http://www.open.ac.uk/science/msc/ for details).
