Talking about 'attachments' and padlock parts. I think the next will be smaller, too - more of me on show, and a little tighter.

Is backache normal? and if not, what am I doing wrong?

Oooh, my first dodgy order!
I make them all 4" smaller than the waist measurement, but this can be increased. Probably a different style would be better.
Backache: it might just be the strain of having to stay much more upright than usual. Maybe it's a bit tight round the lower back, also... ease off a bit, it might not look as good but it'll probably be more comfy. I always find I'm a bit achey when I take mine off; the sudden relief of support.

Yup, definitely still ok!

I don't believe that's taken four inches off? I'm impressed, it's easier to cope with than I thought. The back ache is probably because I'm positioning my weight wrong - I normally sit up anyway, but this appears to adjust my centre of gravity or something.

Still working on it - I wore it yesterday, but J had to tie it up.
